Returns and Refund Policy

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for store credit IF APPLICABLE/ ACCEPTABLE. Store credit can be used to repurchase anything on the site including exchange.

Our store credit does not expire.

Please contact colesvintagecloset@gmail.com about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT within 3 days from the date the order was received. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM TO ANY ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE PROVIDED TO YOU! The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
